Refund & Return Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

We follow a strict no-refund policy. Once a product or service is purchased via www.sednahealth.in, it is considered final and non-refundable.

This applies to all products including but not limited to:

  • Medical devices
  • Supplements
  • Wellness products
  • Skin care or hygiene items
  • Consultation services

Note: Please review all product descriptions, specifications, and size charts before placing an order.

2. Exchange Policy – Footwear Only

We understand that sizing issues can occur, especially with diabetic footwear. Therefore, we offer a one-time size exchange under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Size Exchange:

  • Only diabetic footwear (marked eligible for exchange on the product page)
  • Request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order
  • Footwear must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

❌ Not Eligible:

  • Used or damaged footwear
  • Any product other than diabetic footwear
  • Requests beyond 7 days from delivery

Note: Exchange is subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or store credit (no cash refund).

3. How to Request a Size Exchange

To initiate a size exchange for diabetic footwear:

  • Email us at sednahealth@gmail.com with the subject line: “Size Exchange Request - Order #[YourOrderID]”
  • Mention the product name, current size, and desired size
  • Attach 2–3 clear images of the unused product (top, sole, and box)
  • Wait for our team to approve and share next steps within 48 business hours

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer
  • We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement pair (within India only)

4. Damaged or Incorrect Product

In the rare case you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos and order details to sednahealth@gmail.com.

We will investigate and offer a suitable resolution, which may include replacement or credit.

5. Policy Enforcement

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy. We reserve the right to decline any exchange that does not meet the above criteria or appears to be fraudulent or abusive.
